Email Signature Generator ^v1

Fill in your details, click Create & Copy Signature, then follow the instructions for your device. This generates an HTML signature (with logo + formatting) ready for Outlook.

2) How to use the copied signature

Choose your Outlook

Desktop Outlook

Outlook on Web (office.com)

Mobile App

Open Outlook (Windows).
Go to File → Options → Mail.
Click Signatures…
Click New, name it (e.g., “Sabbour”).
Click inside the big editor box and press Ctrl+V to paste.
Set Choose default signature for New messages and Replies/forwards.
Click OK → OK.

Tip: If you already have a Signature, please delete it first, then paste the new one.
